General Return policy
Grace Earth Inc. customers can return new, unopened items purchased and within 15 days of Grace Earth Inc. receipt or invoice for a store credit at customers own shipping expense. Item should be returned in their original products packaging. Grace Earth Inc. will only pay return shipping charges if the return is a result of Grace Earth’s Inc. error.
Items that are not returnable.
- Items that are opened and used.
- Items that are damaged by customers.
- Food containers that have been used.
- Food item that have been opened.
- No exchange will be offered unless the product has manufactured fault or product is spoiled.
Please allow approximately 7-10 days to process returns after items are received at the Grace Earth Inc. office. Grace Earth Inc. will notify the customer by email when the replacement items are processed and ready to be shipped.
